Boathouse Restaurant Refurbishment

DM Tiling Ltd was assigned with supplying and installing a range of tiles and brickslips as part of the fast-track refurbishment of the Boathouse Restaurant. The goal was to enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of the space within a tight timeline.

DM Tiling Ltd was appointed to deliver the supply and fit tiling package for the IET Building in Stevenage as part of its extensive refurbishment. The goal was to enhance the interiors with a high-quality finish that complemented the building’s prestigious status.

DM Tiling Ltd was proud to be involved in the prestigious Municipal Hotel & Spa Liverpool project. As part of the extensive renovation, we were responsible for the supply and installation of the tiling package, which included a variety of spaces throughout the hotel.

Tiling works to the kitchen, restaurant floor & bar front completed within a 2 week period during full refurbishment of this restaurant adding yet another Prezzo Restaurant to our list completed of this rapidly growing chain of restaurants.

We fitted 585m2 of a 1500×500 slimline porcelain tile to the floor areas of the reception, Bar, restaurant & toilets. The Hotel was fully operational during this period and reported no problems with inconvenience due to the way we phased & organised the works.

A multi-million pound redevelopment of Market Place in Bolton opened in late 2016 featuring an exclusive Light Cinema complex. Helping to create this trendy, VIP entertainment experience, DM Tiling installed porcelain tiles using UltraTile.

DM Tiling commenced work on a new build Flagship Novotel in Canary Wharf in January 2016 – work consisted of Installing Porcelain tiles into 320 Bathrooms & Wetrooms, Restaurants & Public areas, Swimming Pool & exterior tiling to Upper ground and Lower ground levels.

Abbey Meadow Outdoor Pool is situated on the banks of the River Thames, possibly the most picturesque location of any public outdoor pool. Saved by the local people DM Tiling is proud to be part of the restoration of this highly prized facility.

A £8.2m scheme to provide 19375 sq ft of new social spaces within the UCLan Preston campus. DM Tiling supplied and fitted all the tiling to this project.

A modern design using diamond shaped tiles to create a 3D effect at the state of the art Manchester Science Park. The high level of skilled tiling fulfilled the brief creating a welcoming and distinguished space..

£34M refurbishment of Grade-II listed Hanover House on the corner of Corporation Street and Hanover Street in Manchester city centre.

The old Dexter’s Kitchen at Woburn Forest has closed its doors for the last time, before undergoing a dramatic transformation by DM Tiling.

We are proud to have just completed the redevelopment of the bathroom facilities for Center Parcs at Whinfell Forest in Cumbria.

DM Tiling has carried out the tiling works to bathrooms and en-suites at Mercure Hotel Cardiff during its recent refurbishment. As you can see the results are exceptional with all concerned extremely happy with the end results.

Centre Parc’s were very anxious to refurbish and open up their Parc Market at Elveden Forest. DM Tiling obliged and completed levelling and tiling the vast floor of 574m2 in just 9 days.

Here at DM Tiling Ltd we are thrilled to have worked alongside Center Parcs as their Tiling contractor throughout the extensive redevelopment of the Aqua Sana Spa, located in the heart of Center Parcs Longleat Forest.

The services of DM Tiling were required when a premier league football stadium required its main stands hospitality areas updating during the close season of 2021-2022.

DM Tiling Ltd commenced preparation of sub-floor and install of 550m2 of 1200×1200 porcelain tiles to the reception of this busy hotel in spring 2021.

Working alongside Russell WBHO, DM Tiling Ltd successfully completed the supply & install of over 2600m2 of porcelain tiles into a variety of areas of this newly built 4 star hotel in the centre of Manchester.

Working in conjunction with Russell WBHO, DM Tiling Ltd undertook the porcelain tile installation to a total of 584 rooms within this 20-storey new build hybrid hotel set in the heart of the city.
