Project Overview 

Working in conjunction with Russell WBHO, DM Tiling Ltd undertook the porcelain tile installation to a total of 584 rooms within this 20-storey new build hybrid hotel set in the heart of the city.

Motel One occupies the first 8 floors with 328 hotel rooms while StayCity has floors 9 to 20, providing 256 studios and one-bedroom units.

Staff toilets & showers, staircases & lift floors also received ceramic and Porcelain tile finishes.

All works were completed on schedule and in time for the hotel to open its doors.
